Virtual Classes provide an opportunity to learn about family history from the BYU Library family history missionaries and guest instructors. Live classes are generally on Sundays and recordings can be viewed at any time.

Yes! The BYU Library is open for family history on Sundays (except holidays, General Conference, and BYU semester breaks) from 4:00-8:00 p.m. See more information about our Sunday hours.

Will in-person Sunday classes be offered again?
Sunday classes will continue virtually. Eventually, we will also resume some scheduled in-person classes, but for the moment, they will be virtual only.

Can I schedule a class or activity for a group on Sundays?
Yes, we love to host YSAs, youth, and adult groups for classes or other family history activities. To schedule a group, contact the family history missionaries. You can also schedule these on weekdays.
