To schedule a group visit for a student, YSA, youth, family, or other group, contact the family history missionaries.

Individuals can come in any time the BYU Library is open. It is best to come during hours when the Family History help desk is staffed and missionaries are available. (See Hours). Groups of more than a few people needing planned instruction or other organized activities need to schedule an appointment. Individuals may also schedule one on one appointments, if desired. For scanning and other digitizing, you should make an appointment to use the equipment.
